Project: Decoding Groundwater Ecosystem Functions through Multi-Omics: Impacts of Geology and Weather Extremes in the Subsurface Critical Zone
Explore how geology and climate extremes shape microbial life and biogeochemical processes in groundwater. You'll work with high-resolution multi-omics and long-term datasets from the AquaDiva observatories.
Your profile:
- MSc in Biology, Microbiology, Environmental Sciences or similar
- Experience with 16S rRNA sequencing, metagenomics, and bioinformatics
- Strong English skills and motivation for interdisciplinary research
