Tools and databases

Dear VEO Bioinformaticians, 

There are several useful tools and databases installed and maintained on the Draco server. All these tools and databases are listed in this google sheetExternal link . 

You can find details such as name, version, description, link (for the tool's manual), and how you can call the tool on the Draco server. 

IMPORTANT:

Here are some rules that will be useful to maintain this list and its working status

1. Tag me (@swapnil.doijad@gmail.com) for your comments, so I get an automatic message and am aware of it. 
2. Column-A User_experience: comment on your experience with the tools (e.g., its slow, taxonomy is not so correct, etc.)
3. Column-B Complaints and suggestions: Add your complaints (tool not working) or if you find there is a newer version. Whatever you think that I should be resolving, please add in this column. 
4. New tool requests can be added at the bottom free row. Try to add the maximum possible details, especially - name, URL (where I can find tools), citation, etc. 
5. Issue will be marked as resolved once the tool is working.
