Software to use
Once you receive your URZ ID (e.g., ce56fuk), you can request licenses for commonly used software. Use the following link to view the list of software available to FSU students and employees:

VPN
To work from home and access VEO group or university tools (SAP, Draco, Servicedesk, etc.), you need a VPN connection. After logging in with your URZ account, you’ll find setup instructions and downloads for popular (mobile) operating systems at the bottom of the page.

Printer
1. Ricoh Printer (Dry Lab Ground Floor)
- Only accessible to Microsoft and Mac users.
- USB and secure printing are not supported.
- Insert your Thoska card into the reader next to the machine before printing, copying, or scanning.
- Your password is your birth year.
2. Lab Printer (Wet Lab)
- Connect via IP address: 10.226.109.250
- Printer name: Brother DCP-L3550CDW VEO E003 or BRNB4220060A0BF
- It's a colour printer—add it to your list of printers on PC/Mac manually.
